Hello! I’m Kent, a lifelong wellness advocate who believes you can live with more energy, confidence, and joy by embracing simple, science-backed habits and letting go of the myths that hold you back.
My passion for health started at age 12, when I began lifting weights and later practiced martial arts. As an ectomorph, (that means thin) I didn’t always look like the strongest guy in the room, but I loved how strength, flexibility, and discipline made me feel—vibrant and capable. That passion deepened as I watched my mother struggle with poor health her entire life. Her challenges—low energy, unstable digestion, and constant limitations—stemmed from lifestyle choices. Like many from her generation, smoking, caffeine, sugar were part of daily life.
To be honest, there are sugar/caffeine locations on every corner in America - they're called coffee shops. It was heartbreaking to seeing my mother miss out on so many of life’s joys. It it fuels my commitment to help others avoid that path.
Today, I live by the principles I share: working out, eating a healthy diet, and nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection. I believe genetics play a small role in health—but lifestyle is the real driver. And that's good news because we can do something about that. Actually, we can do a lot about that with the right knowledge and someone who will help us not get off track.
